2. Information we collect

To provide wardrobe management, AI outfit suggestions, and membership services, we may collect:

• Account information: sign-in provider identifiers, authentication tokens, account status, and related sign-in records.
• Profile information: nickname, avatar, gender, age range, height, weight, body shape, skin tone, style preferences, common occasions, occupation, city, budget range, and color preferences when you choose to provide them.
• Wardrobe content: clothing names, categories, colors, seasons, styles, occasions, basic-item flags, clothing photos, and timestamps.
• Images: clothing, outfit, product, shoe, bag, or accessory photos that you actively take or upload.
• Location information: with your permission, approximate location is used to retrieve local weather and improve outfit suggestions.
• AI interactions: text prompts, uploaded images, outfit scenarios, and AI-generated recognition or recommendation results.
• Membership and transaction information: plan type, subscription status, expiry time, Apple transaction identifiers, and subscription verification results. We do not directly collect or store your card number.
• Feedback information: issue descriptions, optional email contact, app version, platform, membership state, and error codes needed for troubleshooting.
• Usage and security logs: API usage records, AI usage records, error logs, device and network diagnostics used for stability, security, abuse prevention, and cost control.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and maintain accounts, save and edit wardrobes, recognize clothing images, generate outfit suggestions, provide membership benefits, process subscription state, receive and respond to feedback, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, improve product experience, and maintain service security.

4. Device permissions

• Camera: used for photos you choose to take for wardrobe items, outfits, or products.
• Photo library: used for images you choose to upload.
• Location: used to retrieve local weather and improve suggestions. You can deny or turn off location permission in system settings.

5. Third-party services

Core features may rely on Apple, Google, cloud storage, AI model providers, weather services, databases, cloud servers, and logging services. We aim to share only the information needed for each service to operate.

6. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy and use reasonable technical and organizational measures such as access control, server-side validation, API authentication, and necessary logging. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

You can view or edit parts of your profile and wardrobe in the app. You can also delete your account from the Account page. For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, contact us at the email above.

We will respond within a reasonable period. Some information may need to be retained where required by law, billing, dispute handling, or security auditing.

8. Children

Bevia is not designed for children. If you are a minor, use the service only with consent and guidance from a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International processing

Some cloud, AI, Apple, Google, or infrastructure services may process information outside your country or region where necessary to provide the service.

10. Updates

We may update this policy when product features, legal requirements, or third-party services change. Material changes may be announced in the app or by other reasonable means.
